Rather than having been printed for teams or game, this scorecard dates to the early 1920s (Chevrons and Diamonds Collection).

Paying particular attention to the locations of Marine Corps baseball teams printed on the cover, one can speculate the era of printing. However, the date of printing is located inside the bifold single-page item. The printed in two-colors, the single sheet of cardstock is in excellent condition for being a century old.

The text on the scoring grids, rather than being typeset, appear to be hand-illustrated (Chevrons and Diamonds Collection).
